Keith Driver has served in leadership positions in several environmental technology companies over the past 15 years. His experience includes senior marketing, technical and management roles, focused on emerging products or technologies. Many of these opportunities have focused on processing organic feedstocks and marketing the end-products, such as compost and biochar. Keith holds two degrees in engineering and an MBA, and serves as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary.
Matt is a highly effective communicator and relationship builder, fostering engagement and collaboration across organizations. With a breadth of finance experience and the ability to deliver new insights and bottom-line results, he helps increase financial performance and manage risk. Prior to joining Replenish Nutrients, Matt held senior financial positions at some of North America’s most respected companies. Matt is a CPA, CA, with almost 20 years of experience and holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.
Kevin has 34 years of experience with 25 years in senior management roles in fertilizer research, product development and logistics in the agriculture industry. Kevin’s role in fertilizer research and development include fertilizer interactions with multiple crops, product development and certification of products for the organic and regenerative agriculture industries. Kevin holds a PMP designation along with a Diploma in Agronomy.
Gerard is a co-founder of Replenish Nutrients Ltd., responsible for opportunity identification, strategic growth and execution. Gerard has a track record of emerging agriculture and low carbon energy initiative growth through greenfield development, mergers, acquisitions and project execution. Gerard’s senior leadership roles span governance, strategic planning, business development, asset management, operations and engineering across the agriculture, power, pipeline, oil and gas sectors. Gerard is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration.
Neil Weins is a serial entrepreneur with a career spanning over 20 years. His real area of interest is on nutrient recovery from waste products throughout Western Canada and transforming them into useable agricultural nutrients. Neil spent many years serving on the Recycling Council of Alberta and the Compost Council of Canada. Neil has created a variety of “nutrimental” fertilizer products ranging from the Biosul to the current line of Replenish macro-and micro-nutrients. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
Mr. Best is an independent energy-consultant in Alberta. He has over 20 years of experience in the Alberta electricity industry, holding a variety of positions in integrated oil and gas companies, pipelines, utilities, energy marketers, and independent power producers and has represented organizations in stakeholder consultations, industry working groups and trade associations. He has experience in accounting, credit, counterparty risk, environmental policy, forecasting, marketing, business development, trading and operations groups. Mr. Best holds a B.Comm in Finance from the University of Calgary, Faculty of Management, Haskayne School of Business.

Catherine Stretch is Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Troilus Gold Corp. She has 20 years of experience in capital markets with a particular focus on the formation, development and operation of resource companies and was previously a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian investment firm which had $1 billion in assets under management. Ms. Stretch has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Western University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
